Warm-up:

SSHs, Good Mornings, Turn N’ Bounce, Arm Circles, Flamingo

Workout:

  • Each PAX grabbed 2 Coupons
  • Farmers Carry to west end of CCC parking lot
  • Had 3 distinct “lanes” we could follow:
    • Lane 1 = Upper Body
    • Lane 2 = Lower Body
    • Lane 3 = Combo / Cardio
  • PAX roll a dice to determine which lane we went to:
    • 1 or 4 = Lane 1
    • 2 or 5 = Lane 2
    • 3 or 6 = Lane 3
  • Once lane was determined, all PAX Farmer Carry coupons to lane to perform an exercise.
  • Roll again to determine next lane and exercise, repeat, repeat, repeat…
  • Progressively moved east in parking lot with each roll
  • Exercises:
    • Lane 1: 25 Merkins
    • Lane 2: 25 Coupon Squats
    • Lane 2: 25 Jump On Block
    • Lane 2: 25 Walking Lunges
    • Lane 3: 5 Burpees
    • Lane 2: 25 Calf Raises
    • Lane 1: 25 Curls
    • Lane 1: 25 Dips
    • Lane 1: 25 Rows
    • Lane 1: 25 Presses
    • Lane 2: 25 Side to Side over Block
    • Lane 3: 10 Thrusters

COT:

Our lives, our careers, our relationships will never be a linear straight line path. Life will be full of twists/turns and unexpected changes.  While we all do our best to control our own paths, we have to be ready for the unexpected. It is about how we handle the unexpected that will help define us as men. Control what we can control, and effectively manage what we cannot control.Just like the visual of this mornings workout, changes in direction happen. It was not linear.
