- Coupon carry to NW side parking lot
- Heavy Cardio Routine:
- Start at first light post
- 25 reps of exercise
- Rifle carry coupon to next light post/tree
- Run Parking lot loop back to coupon (.15 miles)
- 25 reps of next exercise
- Repeat until the 4 exercises were complete

- Repeated 3x for each exercise which complete total loop of rifle carry
