Workout:

Pax rotated between stations. Station 1 was running with the 45 lb kettlebell down to the last light post and back (approximately 100 yards). Station 2 started as curls and OH presses. Rep count was 5 of each then 10 of each and so on if you had time. Station 3 was tire flips with the grown man tire. After every 5 flips, do a burpee on the tire. Once the person running with the kb got back to the start, we rotated. Nobody counted (needed @Johnny5 there for us) but we think we finished either 7 or 8 rounds.
