Workout:

  • Mosey to shed and grabbed 4 cones and a coupon for each PAX
  • Placed cones ~20 yards apart in a diamond shape
  • Completed 7 rounds of exercises.
  • Exercise completed at each of the 4 cones and the Rep count for each round followed a pattern: 7, 14, 21, 28, 21, 14, 7. Designated mode of travel to the next cone.
