- S3 – Jump Squats
- S4 – Burpees on coupon
- Round 2
- S1 – Run to far light post & back (pacer)
- S2 – Coupon Curls & Dips
- S3 – Lunges on coupon
- S4 – Burpees on coupon
- Round 3
- S1 – Run to far light post & back (pacer)
- S2 – Single Arm Rows (both arms)
- S3 – Calf Raises
- S4 – Burpees on coupon or SSH
- Round 4
- S1 – Run to far light post & back (pacer)
- S2 – PAX Choice (Upper Body)
- S3 – PAX Choice (Lower Body)
- S4 – Burpees on coupon or SSH
- Completed 2 rotations of each round, total of 8 rounds!
COT:
It’s easy to be easy, but sometimes we have to get ourselves out of the easy cycle. I have taken about a month off from Qing, and kept saying “I’ll Q tomorrow”, but never ended up doing it. Had to force myself out of that cycle and actually do it. As men, husbands, leaders, we need to step out of the cycle every once and a while.
