Warm-up:

Good Mornings, Neck Rolls, Stir the Coffee, Turn n Bounce, Tappy Taps, Imperial Walkers, Franken Walks

Workout:

  • Moseyed to the pain shed, then each PAX grabbed a coupon and lined up at the first light pole (start line) on the Johnny 5 stadium track
  • Completed 1 exercise and then ran a ~.25 mile loop in the parking lot ending back at the start line. Exercises followed a pyramid format, working up from 10 to 50 reps and then back down
  • Exercises: Derkins (10), Dips (20), Air Squats (30), Curls (40), BBSU (50), Flutter Kicks (50), Lawn Mower Rows (40), Calf Raises (30), Skull Crushers (20), Incline Merkins (10)
  • Total running mileage = 2.5 miles
  • Finished with 12 Heals to Heaven
