  • Full body 11s
    • 10 of each exercise
      • deadlift, row, curl, squat, overhead press, lunge, coupon overhead March
      • Then ran to light post and did 1 4 count jumping jack
    • 9 of each exercise and 2 jumping jacks
    • Etc etc
  • High plankorama to 100ish

COT:

  • Another continuation of my struggles I’m having as a parent and a leader
    • reminder to all of us that we shouldnt be problem focused but solution focused
