- 10 of each exercise
- deadlift, row, curl, squat, overhead press, lunge, coupon overhead March
- Then ran to light post and did 1 4 count jumping jack
- 9 of each exercise and 2 jumping jacks
- Etc etc
- 10 of each exercise
- High plankorama to 100ish
