Leg #2 @Rowboat: 3 rounds of 10 Coupon Curls, 10 Dips, Run to middle light pole, 15 SSH, run back to first light pole.
Leg #3 @Johnny5: More “Count Down” Style w/Mode of Transportation

  • Exercises: Overhead Press & Weighted/Air Squats
  • Count Down: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
  • MOT: 4 walking lunges after each set
