8 Reps, Crab Walk 1 light pole and back
7 Reps, Run 3 light poles and back
6 Reps, Kangaroo Jump 1 light pole and back
5 Reps each,  Bear Crawl 1 light pole and back
4 Reps, Side Shuffle 2 lights poles and back
3 Reps, Crab Walk 1 light pole and back
2 Reps, Run 3 light poles and back
1 Rep, Kangaroo Jump 1 light pole and back
End with 20 Heels to Heaven!
