Workout:

19 Pax formed a circle and performed 20 reps (we rounded up) of the following: Merkins, BBSUs, Squats, LBCs, Lt. Dan’s, Mtn Climbers, Freddy Mercury’s, and Burpees (split two sets of 10). Each Hudson F3 member gave a core principle in between rounds.

COT:

Many prayers lifted today, from praises to the young and old, special prayers for family members passed, gratitude for showing up, it was special. My message echoed Pastor Zach- men, we’re called to lead. Leading involves doing. “Watch me” said Paul to the Corinthians, “and I will lead you to Christ.” Let’s continue to lead as we are called to do and guide our fellow men, wives and children to Christ.
