  • Worked up each “step of a ladder” then back down
  • 4 exercises on each “step” with increasing reps
    • Merkins, Deep Squats, Chair Dips, 4-count Lunges
  • Step 1 – 5 Reps of each exercise
  • Step 2 – 10 Reps
  • Step 3 – 15 Reps
  • Step 4 – 20 Reps
  • Step 5 – 25 Reps
  • Step 4 – 20 Reps
  • Step 3 – 15 Reps
  • Step 2 – 10 Reps

Message for the day is about the powerful impact of F3.  This was a tough morning to get up for a workout. Gloomy, rainy, and a little crisp in the air. The power of the group and the fellowship got us up this morning and pushed us to be better men.  Perfect way to start a great weekend!
