Dealers Choice Extreme

Using the official F3 Workout Deck, PAX took turns drawing a card and doing the written excercise with the following rules:
Clubs – Core
Hearts – Cardio
Spades – Legs
Diamonds – Upper Body
# Cards – # + 10 Reps
Face Cards – 25 Reps
Aces – 100 Reps
Each card had a unique excercise making for a fun and challenging time! We made it through about half the deck!
