Mobility warm up, mosey to the back parking lot.

Starting in the center, run towards the north dividers for BBSUs, back to the center for merkins, run 30 yards west for Lt Dans, back to the center for merkins, south dividers for BBSUs, run 30 yards east for more Lt Dans with more merkins in the middle.

Repeato with reps of 11, 10, 9, etc to 1.
