Warm-up:

SSH, Tappy Taps, Frankenwalks, Arm Circles (forward and reverse)

Workout:

We cranked up an 80’s playlist (about 30 min) and went to battle. The mission: defeat our enemy before the music stopped.

Each round:
– 15 Merkins
– 10 Toilet Squats
– 15 Coupon Curls
– 10 Big-boy Sit-ups
– 5 Burpees
– 5 Thrusters After each round, run to the bin, pull a ball, and repeat until all balls were cleared.

Victory:
Enemy defeated with ~20 seconds to spare!

– 750 Merkins
– 600 Toilet Squats
– 750 Coupon Curls
– 600 Big-boy Sit-ups
– 300 Burpees
– 300 Thrusters
