Workout:

We took laps around the parking lot, stopping twice each lap to complete a different lower-body exercise:

Bonnie Blairs
Squats
Walking Lunges
Calf Raises

Started with 2 reps of each (10 for calf raises), adding +2 each lap (calf raises increased by 10). Eventually bumped the progression to +5 reps per lap.

Wrapped up with 20 Heels to Heaven.

If so, identify it—and consider what changes you need to make to grow in your faith.After some recent illness and an elbow injury, I’ve been missing/will miss quite a bit. I was thankful for the opportunity to lead this morning and focus on movements I could still manage. I’ve missed the fellowship—it felt great to be back with the guys and have some good conversation.
