Ran back to start
15 Bonnie Blairs, 15 Merkins, 15 Squats, 15 Big boy sit-up
Repeated for 30 minutes
6MOM:
20 Crunches, 20 Leg lifts, 20 Side twists (Right), 20 Side twists (Left), 20 Toe touches, 20 Heels to Heaven.
COT:
Discussion on how to make new members/those without a fitness background to not feel overwhelmed at their first workout.
Ended in prayer: As men we are called to reject passivity and lead courageously. Something I personally struggle with. It’s good to step out of your comfort zone. I appreciate all the support with my first Q.
