Warm-up:

– Motivator
– Shoulders/Tri’s
– Tippy Taps
– Runner’s Stretch
– Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

PAX lined up on the goal line with coupons and 2 pavers placed at the 50 yard line. Each round PAX did 3 exercises X 20 Reps at the goal line, ran to the 50 and did 20 Reps of one exercise with pavers, then mosey back to the goal line.

Round 1:
– Merkins
– Curls
– Skulk Crushers
– Squat/Front arm raises (pavers)

Round 2:
– Squats
– Calf Raises
– Step-Ups
– SSH (pavers)

Round 3:
– OH Press
– Bent Rows
– Chest Press
– American Hammers (pavers)

Rinse and Repeat

6MOM:

– LBC’s
– Crunchy Frogs
– Plank – High, Low, Left and Right

COT:

“Comparison is the Thief of Joy”
Avoid trying to compare yourself to others and just be yourself. This group is a great example of how you should work hard to improve yourself and make it you vs. you. It always rallies around those that are struggling and celebrates PAX achievements.

If you’re constantly comparing yourself to others, you will find it difficult to be happy.
