Warm-up:

  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Neck
  • Arm Circles
  • Triceps/Shoulders
  • Tippy Taps
  • Turn and Bounce
  • Flamingos
  • Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

PAX lined up on the west goal line with coupons.  Began with 30 reps of exercise 1, karaoke to the 50-yard line to perform 25 merkins.  Then, karaoke to the east goal line, performed 30 reps of exercise 3, and mosey back to start at west goal line.  PAX completed 4 rounds with different 1st and 3rd exercises, with 25 merkins at the 50 each round.  Rinse and repeat for another 4 rounds, for a total of 8 rounds.  Exercises completed:

  • Merkins – 200 Reps
  • Curls – 60 Reps
  • Imperial Walkers – 60 Reps
  • Dips – 60 Reps
  • Bonnie Blairs – 60 Reps
  • Shoulder Press – 60 Reps
  • LBC’s – 60 Reps
  • Bent Rows – 60 Reps
  • Squats – 60 Reps
  • 1 mile

6MOM:

Rotated between high plank, left hand plank, LBC’s, right hand plank and back to high plank.  Each done in a 4-count to 10
