Workout:

Five rounds of three exercises each. We completed each exercise for 20 seconds with a 10-second break between to transition. At the end of each round we ran a flight of stairs on the bleachers and came back for the next round. PAX made it through nine total rounds, having to cut short the second round five due to time.
