Bridge Over the Nest

Warm-up:

  • Neck rolls
  • Arm Circles
  • Tappy Taps
  • Flamingos
  • Bear stretch

Workout:

Partner up. P1 completes a set of reps while P2 moves to the other sideline.  When P1 is done with his reps he runs to the opposite sideline and then rescues P2.  P1 takes over the exercise while P2 runs back to the “Nest” and completes his reps. Switch workouts every 5 minutes.

  • P1 – 50 Merkins; P2 – Lunges across field
  • P1 – 50 Curls; P2 – Bear crawls
  • P1 – 30 Shoulder presses; P2 – Long jumps
  • P1 – 10 Burpees; P2 – High knees
  • P1 – 50 Dips; P2 – Lunges

6MOM:

  • 20 LBC’s
  • 20 scissor kicks
  • 15 big boys

Count our blessings. We are blessed to grow up and live in the United States. Over the last few days we’ve seen the situation in Afghanistan and how desperate people are to escape a country that is collapsing. Whether it is the human rights situation in North Korea or women’s rights in the middle east….living here is by no means easy but by comparison we need to count our blessings.
