Workout:
- Partner 1 up and down the visitors section Bleachers
- Partner 2 up and down the home section bleachers
- First partner to finish come to the field to do 100 block merkins
- Second Partner to finish takes over the block merkins while the other partner runs to the 50 yd line and back
- Repeat until reps are completed
- Switch sides for the up and down bleachers
- First partner to finish come to the field to do 100 block curls
- Second Partner to finish takes over the block curls while the other partner runs to the 50 yd line and back
- Repeat until reps are completed
- Wind Sprints 100 yds and back x 2
6MOM:
- Plank holds
- Shoulder taps
- Cross knee to elbow/Mountain climbers
- Plank holds
- Rinse and repeat x2
- 4 count LBC plus up count Big boys (10 each x 2)
