Workout:

The PAX line up in the endzone, each PAX will perform a different exercise every 2 minutes.  Its anticipated that the PAX will hit failure within 2 minutes.

  • Exercise 1: Jump Rope
  • Exercise 2: Burpees
  • Exercise 3: Curls 1 min; Dips 1 min
  • Exercise 4: Cross Block Merkin
  • Exercise 5: Calf Raises
  • Exercise 6: Dr. W w/ Coupon
  • Exercise 7: Coupon Bear crawl to the 20 and weighted lunges back
  • Exercise 8: Shoulder Press
  • Exercise 9: Bent Rows

  • 20 LBC’s
  • 20 Big Boys
  • 1 Min Plank Hold
