Workout:
The PAX line up in the endzone, each PAX will perform a different exercise every 2 minutes. Its anticipated that the PAX will hit failure within 2 minutes.
- Exercise 1: Jump Rope
- Exercise 2: Burpees
- Exercise 3: Curls 1 min; Dips 1 min
- Exercise 4: Cross Block Merkin
- Exercise 5: Calf Raises
- Exercise 6: Dr. W w/ Coupon
- Exercise 7: Coupon Bear crawl to the 20 and weighted lunges back
- Exercise 8: Shoulder Press
- Exercise 9: Bent Rows
