Workout:

The runners took off for the usual 3 mile loop around the lake. The walk took us out about a mile and double backed. @Shugah with a big 80 lb ruck sack, @Forrest fresh off 0 sleep hours. Great conversation from TV shows, kids driving, cocktails/mocktails, Chiro, our old man ailments, lawn care. Good to get out and walk a bit while trying to recover from injury.
