Workout:

We started with a half mile warm up, then moved to the ladder format of running and doing different body weight exercises at each corner of the track 5-10-15-20 then back down again. All PAX accounted for at the end we ran roughly 2-3 miles, and completed 100 merkins, squats, burpees, and mountain climbers. Great job today everyone!
