Workout:

  • 5 Man Makers at the goal line
  • Carry block to 25-yard line and do 20 curls
  • Carry block to 50-yard line and do 10 lawnmowers per arm
  • Mosey to opposite 25-yard line and do 20 merkins
  • Mosey to opposite goal line and do 10 lunges per leg

Reversing back starting at the goal line:

  • 5 burpees, 20 squats, 20 deadlifts, 20 overhead presses, 15 kettle bell swings

6MOM:

McGill Big 3 exercises – core and back strengthening. Counts of 30sec each Neutral spine crunch 2x each side Side-plank each side Bird dog each side
