Look up/down, left/right, Ear to shoulder, Single arm circles, Side stretch, touch knees, forward fold, Abe Vigota, Good Mornings, down dog/runners stretch, sumo

Workout:

Mosey to the hill.

Run up the hill, run down the hill, 1 burpee
Run up, down, 2 burpees
Repeat and keep adding 1 burpee
After 10 minutes start working back down on the burpee count.

20 minutes total.
