Workout:

Quick mosey over to Memorial Park (~1/4 mile)


“Clockwork 11” routine:

  • 10 squats at top of hill
  • Jog to bottom of hill for 1 Burpee
  • Quadraphilia back up near the top of the hill
  • Clockwork merkins (5 each at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock)

Repeato (i.e., 9 squats/2 burpees, 8 squats/3 burpees, etc. until completed)

10 rounds = 55 Burpees, 55 Squats and 200 merkins


Dips and steps:

  • Decreasing reps of dips and step ups on the picnic tables

Moseyed back to the hill above Dukes stadium
