West Endzone…full array of stretching and warming up for the eminent BEEtdown.

PAX did a series of four exercises, followed by a trip up and down the stadium steps, 30 second balls to the wall and 30 second wall squat, and 100 meter sprint.  Exercises were:
10x Manmakers
20x Thrusters
30x Merkins
40x Curls

15x Big boys, 10x ab airplanes on a 4 count, 50x LBCs

I totally get it, no one wants to be a burden on others.  As men, we are taught to persevere, be strong, have a stiff upper lip, etc.   While all those things are great, we’re still human.  If anyone has ever been touched by the suicide of someone close to you, there is no doubt that you’ve spent time wondering, “Did I miss something?  Was there something I could have said or done differently to prevent this?”  At the end of the day, we all only have one life to live, and the decisions we make can make a difference in our own lives, and the lives of others.  If anyone should ever have that lost feeling, need a friend, or feel as if their is no hope, I’m available, no matter the time.  I’ll listen, I’ll talk, I’ll buy you a beer, slap you, hug you, whatever it takes, but be aware, we’re all brothers here, and I’m here for each and every one of you.
