We worked in groups of three. We carried heavy shit from one side of the parking lot to the other. Rotating within our groups until we carried each object twice. Then we rotated to another group of object. Last station included a bucket with exercises in it. Group did 10 reps of each exercise.
Second round included a bit of running and 20 reps at the bucket.
Third round was 30 reps of bucket exercises.
We lined up and held a boat pose while we passed a medicine ball down the line (and back)… 2x.
