4 seven minute stations were rotated through; Coupon swing alternated with OH Press laddering up from 5-15 reps, 40 Yard sandbag bearcrawl, Tri dip alternated with Tri extension (5-15 ladder) and manual resistance row alternated with coupon curl (10 repper). A sneaky Mary done by passing the coupons and bags in a line down to the storage shed.
Shugah made a post regarding your decisions and taking responsibility. It reminds me of the equation E+R=O Event plus response equals outcome. You control your response and in fact its the only thing you control. Check out Focus 3 on line, its a great source of info regarding these ideas. Great example of “above the line response” would be the work done by this group and the adaptation to illness/injury. There may be others, but I know @Padre, @Wall-E @Radio and @Garmin are responding to injury by modifying their work. You all are motivating examples of how to respond to a challenge. Thanks to @Garmin for stepping up to take the Saturday Q!!!
