PAX ran from one sideline to the other, did one hand release merkin, ran back and did two, and continued this ladder pattern up to 15. At 16-30 we switched to air squats, from 31-45 it was air presses.Thank you to @Solyndra for finishing, so we could all stop!

All Politics are LocalWith local elections coming up, take some time to familiarize yourself with our local candidates. It can sometimes seem a bit daunting to dig into municipal, county, and state elections and issues, but we owe it to ourselves to understand what/who we are voting for. If you tend to lean right, @Squealer is a valuable resource for Medina County Republican politics. If you happen to lean left, well, this voting thing seems like a lot of trouble. Maybe you could just stay home.
