Warm-up:

  • Arm Circles x15 forward and reverse, seal claps x15, overhead claps x15
  • Regional Neck Rolls, Look left, Look Right
  • Rifle Carry Coupon from West Goal line to East Goal Line
  • Hamstring stretch into down dawg/calf stretch, pigeon and glute stretch
  • Up dog and flamingo
  • Bear Crawl to 15, mosey to the 50
  • Sprinter’s high knees (skip) to the 30, alternate side shuffles 15 yards each to end zone.

Workout:

Ten rounds of exercises, moving our coupon ten yards closer to the west end zone with each round.

  • Round 1:  Mosey 100 yards, 100 flutter kicks, bear crawl with coupon ten yards, mosey 90 yards back
  • Round 2:  Mosey 90 yards, 90 LBCs, Rifle carry coupon ten yards, mosey 80 yards back
  • Round 3:  Mosey 80 yards, 80 coupon chest presses, farmers carry with right hand ten yards, mosey 70 yards back
  • Round 4:  Mosey 70 yards, 70 squats, farmers carry with left hand ten yards, mosey 60 yards back
  • Round 5:  Mosey 60 yards, 60 curls, murder bunny 10 yards, mosey 50 yards back
  • Round 6:  Mosey 50 yards, 50 bent rows, bear crawl w/coupon 10 yards, mosey 40 yards back
  • Round 7:  Mosey 40 yards, 40 overhead presses, rifle carry 10 yards, mosey 30 yards back
  • Round 8:  Mosey 30 yards, 30 merkins, farmers carry RH 10 yards, mosey 20 yards back
  • Round 9:  Mosey 20 yards, 20 shelf loaders (10 per side), farmers carry LH 10 yards, mosey 10 yards back
  • Round 10:  Mosey 10 yards, 10 man makers, murder bunny 10 yards back

To expound upon @Squealer’s post yesterday, I think it’s important that we not only accept, but embrace each other’s differences. As we move forward, being able to accept and embrace each other for what we are can be educational, uplifting, and help us as both a group and as individuals.
