The brothers Mion busted out some serious cardio this morning with a tabata style beetdown composite of 30sec sets of coupon work, followed by 200m up-tempo run and then ~20sec rest before the next coupon set.

If you don’t use it, you lose it. Motion is lotion. Hardly any injuries get better by sitting on your butt. Get out and move. Do what you can do safely and be positive about the fact that you worked out. You could have stayed in your cozy warm bed instead. You achieved something and created acceleration for the rest of your day. Many of us are dealing with acute or more persistent injuries and I know I need to hear this from time to time, and I’m sure some of you do too! Keep at it!
