Evolution run!

10 yds – commando crawl
20 yds – alligator crawl
30 yds – bear crawl
40 yds – mosey
Completes bleacher runs on the way back to West end zone
Ran up ramp and completed middle 6 stairs.

rinse and repeato for 5 sets = a mile…that’s the drill and it sucked.

We ran an extra mile mosey pace at the end to cool down.
