@Shugah  and @Focker (Q) ran circuits around the Middle School track. Stopping to complete various calisthenic and kettlebell exercises at different corners. Definitely a burner and I appreciate @Shugah being a good sport about being a guinea pig for my new beetdown. Foreshadowing maybe?!?
