Workout:

We each took two cards from the F3 Workout Deck. Reps were 10 + number card, 25 for royalty card, 100 for ace.

After two rounds we flipped a card. Upper body = 50 yard bear crawl, Lower body = stairs, Cardio = card (this was supposed to be an Indian Run but I screwed up).
