Workout:

PAX lined up on the basketball court at Memorial Park.  Starting at one end, each PAX chose an exercise for the round.  We took turns dribbling a basket to the opposite goal, made a layup and returned.  We performed designated exercise until each PAX made a layup.  Some exercises completed:
