Each PAX pressed the bubble on the Trouble board game and performed a predetermined exercise
- 1 rolled: Bear crawl to the 10-yard line then moseys back to the goal line
- 2 rolled: Mosey to the 20-yard line and performed 20 Merkins
- 3 rolled: Mosey to the 30-yard line and performed 20 Side straddle hops
- 4 rolled: Mosey to the 40-yard line and performed 20 air squats
- 5 rolled: Mosey to the 50-yard line and performed 20 LBCs
- 6 rolled: Mosey around the track for one lap
The PAX completed 3 rounds (a lot of 4, 5, & 6s were rolled).
6MOM:
Low impact ab exercises were performed.
