Workout:

PAX circled up in the East End Zone and performed 20 reps of 8 different exercises.  Yoga pose for recovery.  Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds, completing 100 reps of each exercise.Exercises completed:

  • Merkins
  • LBC’s
  • Curls
  • Dips
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Lawn Mowers (left)
  • Lawn Mowers (right)
  • SSH’s

6MOM:

LBC’s – each PAX counted out 20 reps for 100 reps total
