Time or Distance? Lately, I have switched from a Timed ruck to Distance ruck. Due to my current speed, I arrive back at the AO and everyone is gone. This makes me feel like I have failed. A wise man asked me “what is more important to you? You can change the way you feel by changing the way you look at.”  This can also be applied in other ways in our life. This group has enabled me to spend more quality time with my wife. I am able to walk all over when she takes us on vacation. Recently on Christmas day, I completed a goal of completing a 10 mile walk.
