Workout:

One PAX ran 100 yards on the Focker Loop, while the others did one of five exercises. When that PAX got back, the next guy ran. Rinse repeat.

Keep our Federal Law Enforcement Officers in your prayers. These people accept a position to protect us, while upholding the laws of our nation. It can be a thankless job. I am often amazed at the patience these men and women display. They are screamed at, spit on, pelted with snowballs, and disrespected on an everyday basis. I’m pretty sure I would have lost my mind by now, and shot about 15 protesters. God bless these men and women for what they do. Please allow people to respect these officers, and raise their kids to respect them as well.
