Ten reps of compound movements – with coupon, 10 alternating leg reverse lunges w/twist and coupon curl (single count one is one), sprint 100 yds and perform 10 merkins IC, return to coupon. Repeato with reducing sprint 10 yds each time full length of field.

Suitcase carry 10 yards, perform 10 upright rows switch arms and suitcase carry 10 yards then 10 rows other arm. Repeat every 10 yards for full length of field. Rifle carry coupon back to west goal line.
