Workout:

The PAX lined up on the goal line. Each PAX member chose 12, 24, 36, or 48 reps of an exercise. The PAX would mosey to the corresponding yard line and perform the exercise.The exercises included: Merkins (a few variations), Monkey Humper, Side Straddle Hops, Big Boys, LBCs, and Burpees.

In Bowling, you must have 12 strikes in a game to be perfect. Each throw may not be the same, but the end results is what we look at. I strive to throw that perfect game every time. I realized after a rough weekend tournament, I came, and I tried. I wasn’t perfect, but I tried. I showed my son, even in rough conditions it was ok not to be perfect, but you need to try (Chris finished in 41st where I finished 50th) .   We can apply this to all aspects of our lives. We don’t have to be perfect at everything but try and you will enjoy life.
