Workout:

Four stations—one at each corner of the field. Carry your coupon with you. Rotate after failure. Run with coupon as fast of a pace as you want to the next station. Repeat until time is up. NOTE: @Wall-E and @Barnum absolutely killed it.

Station 1–NW:

  • merkins (fast 10, followed by slow 10… repeat until failure without break)
  • Note: block is optional

Station 2–SW:

  • lunge L (fast 25, lunge hold until failure)
  • lunge R (fast 25, lunge hold until failure)
  • Note: block is optional

Station 3–SE:

  • head, shoulders, knees and toes x10
  • shoulder press until failure

Station 4–NE:

  • squats (fast 25, squat hold until failure)
  • Note: block is optional
