Capture the Flags w/ the 2.0s

Necks, Arm circles, Turn and bounce, Tappy Taps, Hurdler Stretch, Down dog, Motivator (6 down)

Two teams raced around to claim, steal and protect flag positions in order to have more flags than the opposing team at the end of the 10 minute games. Teams claimed and stole flags at 10 positions around the field and bleachers by getting to the flag position and doing a designated exercise before being tapped by the opposing team. I think there was something about the red flags… if memory serves right, the red team won every time regardless of team members.
