Workout:
Split into teams of two. One PAX does Roll the Dice, Second Pax either Ran a 400 on Track or Walked goal line to goal line with Coupon. First fifty yard being a Rifle Carry, Second Fifty with coupon on shoulder, turn at goal line and repeat. Switch with team mate and pick up Roll the Dice where he is.
Roll the dice (With bonus moves every fifth rep), First Die picks the exercise, second die (x10) determines the reps.
1 – Merken (Hand Release)
2 – Shoulder Press (Tricep Curl)
3 – Bicep Curl
4 – Bent Row
5 – Squat/Press (Imperial Walker)
