Workout:
Partner workout with one man doing the strength exercise and the other doing the cardio at the same time.
Total 100 reps per exercise switching with your partner every 10
Exercises:
Merkins and mountain climbers
Curls and fast feet (foot chops)
Presses and high knees
Rows and jumping jacks (200 total)
Ran down the field and back and then each partner cycled through 10 reps of each of the exercises I’ve more time just for funsies.
Heart rates were high but so were the spirits

todays message was a challenge to get out of your comfort zone. It was inspired by @Pulte bold move to leave his current job. (What an awesome example for all of us). Also reinforced by Hudson member @Rowboat who brought a great quote to that workout. “Ships are safest in port but, that’s not what they are designed to do”.
My challenge to all of you is to get out of your comfort zone and do that thing you know you should do but you’re just scared.
Mine is to start a side business this year. I’ll appreciate your support and motivation to do so.
