Pax broke into two teams and competed against their opponent to see who could more reps of an exercise or hold the coupons longer. Station 1: Farmers Carry Hold, Station 2: Merkins for a round and then Big Boys, Station 3: Squats for a bit and then OH Presses. Once a member from the team coouldn’t do their exercise any longer, the round was over and the Pax ran 100 yards down and back. The losing team would rotate, the winning team stayed in their same positions. “Fun” was had

Thought today was from Matthew 4:17 “From that time Jesus began to preach and to say “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand”.  When you’re in a kingdom, you’re serving the king, and I think about all the time I’m doing things that I want, but that don’t align with living in the kingdom of God
