The PAX partnered up and grabbed 1 coupon per group. As 1 partner lunge walked to the 15 yard line in back the other partner performed an excercise.

Set 1 Exercise: Coupon Squats
Set 2 Exercise: Coupon Dead Lifts
Set 3 Exercise: Surrenders

Rinse and repeat until clear.

Well, the election has come on gone. Whether you’re candidates won or lost the election as citizens of this country, our role is support the candidateswho won. As Christ followers we should be praying for all candidates that won. Remember, we are not of this world and out Kingdom is greater…and God is still in his throne and in full-control.
