Christmas Cookie Recovery

The PAX alternated between running 100 and 200 yards. At the end of each run, they performed 10 of the exercise of that spot. One goal line exercise was Merkins the other goal line was Squats. Every time you hit the 50 yard line, you performed a Surrender.

I came upon this quote in a Max Lucado devotional I read that really simplifies things.“If our greatest need had been information, God would have sent an educator. If our greatest need had been technology, God would have sent us a scientist. If our greatest need had been money, God would have sent us an economist.
